Our workshop is situated at Plot No 1261 on Road No 36 in Jubilee Hills. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always the sound of engines and horns nearby. We focus on auto diagnostics, which basically means we spend our whole day trying to figure out what that weird tapping noise is or why a dashboard light won’t go off. The floor is usually covered in some oil spots despite how much we scrub it. We have some high-end scanning tools, but we also rely a lot on just listening and looking at the parts. It is a greasy job, and most of us go home with dirt under our fingernails every day. We don't have a fancy waiting lounge with free coffee; there are just a couple of plastic chairs near the front. People come to us because they want their cars fixed right, not because they want a luxury experience. The heat in the garage can be pretty intense in the middle of the day, so we keep the big doors open to catch whatever breeze comes through. We are a small team and we’ve worked together for a long time, so we don't need much talking to get things done. It’s a straightforward business. We look at the car, find the problem, and tell the owner what it’s going to take to fix it. No nonsense, just honest mechanical work in the heart of Jubilee Hills.
