Our place is located at 5-8-34, Calane, in the Abids area of Hyderabad. If you’ve been to Abids, you know it’s one of the busiest parts of the city. There’s always a crowd and the streets are narrow. Our building is tucked away a bit, which helps with the noise, but it’s still very much in the middle of everything. We’ve been operating from this address for quite a long time. It’s an old-fashioned sort of place. We don't have fancy lights or a big lobby. When you walk in, you’re basically right in the middle of our work area. We deal with various items, and the shelves are usually overflowing with stock. We spend a lot of time sorting through things and making sure everything is where it should be. The staff here has been together for years, so we all know how the other person works. It gets really busy during the festival seasons because of the location. We just try to keep up with the demand and stay organized. The building has its quirks, like a leaky pipe now and then or a squeaky door, but it’s home to us. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't; we just run a straightforward business in a very busy part of Hyderabad. It’s a lot of work, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.
