Beautiful People

We work out of apartment 403 in the Red Hills Residency. It’s up in the Red Hills area of Nampally. Since it’s a residential building, it feels a lot more personal than a regular storefront on a main road. We have one room set up with all our supplies, chairs, and mirrors. It’s not a very big space, so things can get a bit tight when there are a few people around at once. We started this because we wanted to do something local and manageable. Most of our day is spent talking to the people who come in and working on whatever they need done. It’s usually quite friendly and there’s often a pot of tea being made in the small kitchen nearby. We don't have a big staff, just us who handles everything from answering the door to the actual work itself. The view from the window is okay, looking out over the busy Nampally streets below. Sometimes the lift in the building is slow or breaks down, so we tell people to give it a minute or take the stairs if they're feeling fit. We keep our daily schedules in a simple notebook on the table. It’s an easy way to run things without much fuss. We like being in a place that feels like a home. It makes the work feel a lot less like a chore. People find us mostly by word of mouth in the neighborhood. We just keep doing our thing up here.
