We are located at Shop No.24-7/8 in General Bazaar, which is right in the heart of Kalasiguda. Being in Secunderabad near the bus stand means it’s never quiet here. You can hear the buses honking and the crowds moving past the shop all day long. Our shop is tucked away among many others in the bazaar. We sell a variety of things and the shelves are packed from floor to ceiling. It can be a bit overwhelming for someone who isn't used to the chaos of General Bazaar. We know where everything is, even if it looks a bit messy to a stranger. People come in looking for specific items for their homes or businesses. We spend a lot of time climbing ladders to reach the top shelves. Since we are so close to the bus stand, we get people from all over who just happen to be passing through. It’s a small space, so we have to be efficient with how we move around. We don't have any fancy displays or marketing posters on the walls. It’s just us and the goods we sell. Sometimes we stand out front just to catch a bit of a breeze when the shop gets too warm. It’s a busy life, but we like being part of the local trade. There is always someone to talk to or some new item to find a place for on the shelves.
