It’s an older building, which we actually quite like. It has some character that you don't find in the new glass towers. Inside, it’s just us doing our daily tasks. We deal with engineering and consulting stuff mostly, but we don't talk about it in a way that sounds like a textbook. We just get the drawings and the reports done. Every day follows a similar pattern. We arrive, check the mail, and get started. There’s usually a bit of chatter about what happened over the weekend or how the local cricket team is doing. We aren't looking to change the world; we are just looking to do a good job for the people who hire us. It’s a very grounded way of working. We don't have a lot of meetings for no reason. We just talk across the desks if we need something. It’s efficient in its own way. The neighborhood is full of life, and we feel like a real part of it. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know our names. It’s just a normal, everyday office with its own little quirks and a lot of pens.
