Aarkas Consultancy Private Limited is based out of Fortune Samrat. We’re in Flat No 401 on Plot No D-21. This is over on Road No 18 in Panchavati Colony. Manikonda is a busy area, but our street is tucked away a bit from the main madness. We’ve been in Hyderabad for a long time now. The office is a straightforward space. We have our desks, some old filing cabinets, and a small area where guests can sit. It’s nothing spectacular. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy lobby area. If you come by, one of us will just look up from our desk and say hello. We deal with consultancy work for all sorts of local people. The 500089 area is a good spot for us. It’s close to a lot of other businesses but still feels like a neighborhood where people actually live. We like the atmosphere in Panchavati Colony. There are trees around and it feels a bit more relaxed than the city center. We spend our days going through data and talking to clients on the phone. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing all morning. Other days it’s very quiet and we can really focus on the paperwork. We’ve got a small fridge for our lunches and a basic water cooler. It’s a very normal office. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor or the furniture. We just care about getting the work right.
