Nagole is a busy part of Hyderabad, and Mamathanagar Colony is where we’ve set up our shop. We are located at H-No:2-1-249/2 on Plot No-90. It’s a decent area, mostly quiet except for the usual city sounds that you can’t really escape. A & R Engineering Pvt Ltd isn't some high-rise office; it’s a practical space where we do real work. We moved here because we needed the room to actually build things and keep our supplies organized. On any given Monday, you’ll see the shutters go up early and the work starts immediately. There’s no big reception area or coffee machine that makes lattes. We just have a kettle and some desks near the back where we handle the billing and the paperwork. The colony is a good place for us because it feels like a community. We see the same faces every day, and that’s nice. Engineering can be a bit dry, but we try to make it interesting by taking on different kinds of projects that keep us on our toes. It isn't always easy, and sometimes a job takes much longer than we thought it would. But we stay until it's done. That’s just the way we were taught to work. We don't put on any acts here. It’s just us, doing what we know how to do best.
