Monster.Com is located in Hyderabad at Balaji Indrastha Apartments. Specifically, we are in Flat No: C-307. Long ago, the Old Balaji Theatre stood right here in Gandhi Nagar. Nowadays, the place functions as our workspace rather than a cinema. Because it's a flat, there is a more personal feel than you get in a typical commercial building. Inside, several rooms are filled with desks and heavy filing cabinets. Life in Gandhi Nagar is always busy, so there is constant movement right outside our windows. Street noise drifts up pretty clearly, but it just becomes part of the daily background after a while. Finding us is simple enough once you get to the apartment block. Just buzz the flat and head on up to see us. Don't expect a polished corporate lobby when you arrive. Boxes are often stacked in the corner, and the furniture has seen better days. Our focus stays on getting through the workload and keeping things organized. Most of the staff have been around long enough to know the local tea sellers by their first names. Fancy presentations and mission statements aren't things we spend our time on. Keeping cool in the Hyderabad heat is usually a bigger priority. It's a small space in an apartment building, but it's an honest place where we get our work done. The atmosphere is just us trying to make sense of the day.
