Genpact

Genpact operates out of this house, H/No C-3-35-987, right in Mahatma Gandhi Nagar. Being in East Marredpalli means we are in a pretty busy residential area, so there’s always something going on outside. The office isn't what you’d expect from a big name; it’s more of a local setup. We spend a lot of time on our computers here. The street can get a bit narrow when people park their bikes, so getting in and out takes a minute. We’ve got a small team. Everyone knows everyone else's coffee order by now. It’s not a shiny glass building or anything like that. It’s just a place where we get our work done. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to finish, and you can hear the neighborhood noise settling down. We don’t really have a big reception desk. You just walk in and we're right there. We deal with various tasks throughout the week. It’s mostly just keeping things running and making sure the paperwork or digital files are sorted. People in the area know us as the quiet group in the corner house. We like the pace of Marredpalli. It feels more like a community than a business district. There’s a tea stall nearby we visit too often. We just show up, do the work, and go home. That is pretty much how things go here every day. It’s a simple arrangement that works for us and the people who live nearby.
