Customer Care Executive

Our work happens at H.No 21402 in Balajinagar, which is part of the Yapral area in Shamirpet. We are located in the Ranga Reddy district, a bit away from the main hustle of Hyderabad. The name on our paperwork is Customer Care Executive. It’s not really a traditional office building. We operate out of a residential house that we’ve converted into a workspace. It’s a simple setup with a few desks, phone lines, and computers in the main rooms. We spend most of our time answering calls and trying to help people with their questions. It’s a small team, mostly just local people from the neighborhood. The area is fairly peaceful, which is good because we spend a lot of time on the phone. We don't have any corporate branding or fancy office furniture. We use what we have and keep things as organized as possible. There’s no big sign outside, so if you weren't looking for the house number, you’d probably walk right past us. We’ve been doing this for a few years now and have a steady routine. We get our work done, have our lunch together in the small kitchen, and then head home. It’s a very basic operation, but it works for us. We aren't trying to be anything other than a small, local customer service team.
