We are out in the Tarihal Industrial Area, at the second phase. Thirth Agro Technology is where we build things for farmers. It is a big shed with high ceilings and lots of heavy machinery around. You will hear the sound of welding and metal hitting metal most of the day. It is not a quiet place at all. We have parts for tractors and tools for the fields spread all over the concrete floor. It is important work because the farmers need their gear to be tough and reliable. We don't go in for fancy talk or business suits. We just look at the designs and make sure the steel is strong enough for the job. My team knows their way around a wrench and a torch. The air smells like grease and burnt metal most of the time. It is hot work, especially in the afternoons when the sun hits the roof. We have been in this industrial area for a good long time now. Everyone around here is doing something similar, so we know our neighbors well. We help each other out with tools or advice sometimes. It is a community of people who like to build things with their hands. We don't have a big polished lobby for visitors to sit in. You just walk in and see us working on the machines. That is how we have always done it here.
