We're situated out in Karwar, right in the Chendia area. It’s a pretty spot, being so close to the coast in Karnataka. Our address is just the post office box and the local area, nothing too complicated. We’ve been set up here for a while. The air always has a bit of salt in it from the sea, which is nice, but it can be tough on the equipment. We don't have a big glass office building; it's more of a functional space where we can manage the projects. People around here mostly know us as the place down the road from the main junction. It’s quiet, and we like that. We don't get many walk-in visitors, but we’re usually busy with the phone and emails anyway. The pace of life in Karwar is a bit slower than the big cities, so we try to keep that balance in how we work. We have a small team, and everyone knows their job. Sometimes when it rains during the monsoon, we have to slow down because the roads get a bit messy, but we always manage to get things done. It’s a decent place to work. We don’t do a lot of self-promotion or anything like that. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and make sure the accounts are settled. It’s a straightforward way to run things, and we've been doing it like this for years now. It works for us.
