Tarama Tour & Travels

Tarama Tour & Travels is located right on Makardah Road in Dasnagar. This is a very busy part of Howrah with lots of workshops and trucks moving around all day. You can always hear the sound of the traffic and the local markets from our office. Our workspace is quite basic, just a room with a few chairs and a table where we keep our computer. We don't have fancy brochures or big screens to show you. Usually, we just look at things on the phone or show people pictures we’ve saved. Because Makardah Road gets so crowded in the evening, we often stay open late so workers can stop by on their way home. It’s just me and one assistant here. We don't promise anything grand or use big words. We just do the booking work and make sure people have their receipts. There is a tea stall right across the street where we spend a lot of time. We know almost everyone who passes by our door. If the computer is being slow or the power is out, we just tell people to come back in a little while. We don’t like to rush because that’s when mistakes happen with names and dates. Dasnagar has been our base for a long time, and we like being a part of this industrial neighborhood. It’s a practical little shop for practical people.
