Laxmi Fortune Tour & Travels

We are over at 1/4 Groundfloor on M K Road. If you know the Howrah station area, we are right opposite there. It gets pretty loud with all the buses and people, but that’s just how it is here. Laxmi Fortune Tour & Travels isn't a big, fancy place. It’s just our office where we handle bookings and talk to travelers. We’ve been here in the 711101 zip code for a while. Sometimes the place feels a bit small when a few people come in at once, but we manage. We aren't into those slick marketing brochures. We just write things down and check the computer for what's available. It’s a ground floor spot, so people just walk in off the street. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at train schedules. It’s just regular work for us. The M K Road traffic is something you never really get used to, but it keeps things interesting. We like being close to the station because there’s always someone looking to go somewhere. We don't have any corporate goals or anything like that. We just show up, open the shutters, and see who needs help with their travel plans. It’s a basic setup with some old desks and chairs. We try to be honest with folks about timings and prices. Nothing special, just a local Howrah business doing its thing every day without any extra polish or fuss.
