R S Travel & Stores

Our shop is at 15 Groundfloor on Sailo Kumar Mukherjee Road. We are near Sibani Gali in the Pilkhana area of Howrah. R S Travel & Stores is a bit of a mixed bag. We do travel bookings but also have the store side of things. It keeps us on our feet all day. The 711101 area is quite busy, and our street is no exception. We’ve been at this same spot for a good number of years now. It’s a simple ground floor room. We don't have any polished sales pitches or big advertisements. Most of our customers are just people from the neighborhood who know where we are. Sometimes the store gets a bit crowded with boxes, especially when new stock arrives. We just work through it. We handle travel tickets and local needs without making a big deal out of it. It’s just us behind the counter. We don't use any fancy management talk or have a big mission. We just help people find what they need, whether it’s a bus ticket or something from the shop shelf. It’s a very practical way to run a business. The Sibani Gali area is a nice community to be part of. We see the same faces every day. We just keep things moving along and try to be useful to anyone who stops by. It’s a regular life here on Sailo Kumar Mukherjee Road, nothing too complicated or corporate.
