Swapno Puron Tour & Travels

Our office is tucked away in Arupara, near the Milan Sangha Club in Ramrajatala. If you are familiar with the G I P Colony area, we are just a short walk from there. Swapno Puron Tour & Travels is really just a small room with some posters on the walls and two desks where we handle all the work. It’s a very local atmosphere because most of the people who walk in are our neighbors. We spend a lot of our time on the phone calling different hotels or checking the train seat availability on the computer. Ramrajatala is a famous place, especially for its temples, so during festival times, it gets very crowded and noisy outside our door. On regular days, though, it’s quite peaceful. We usually get our tea from the shop next door while we wait for customers. We don’t have any fancy glass doors or air conditioning that makes a lot of noise. It’s just a place where we sit and try to help people figure out their holiday plans. My brother and I manage everything ourselves. Sometimes the phone lines are a bit patchy, so we have to call back several times to confirm a booking. We don’t use any complicated software, just regular websites and a notebook for entries. It’s a straightforward business for us, and we like being part of the community here near the club.
