Suntools

We’ve been tucked away here at 3, Naskarpara Bye Lane for quite some time now. It’s a quiet spot near the Santragachi post office, and most folks find us just by asking around the neighborhood. Suntools isn't a big fancy operation, just a group of us who know our way around the workshop. We spend most of our days getting orders ready and making sure things are done right before they leave the door. Sometimes the lane gets a bit crowded with deliveries, but that’s just how it goes in this part of town. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in the back working. It gets pretty dusty and loud, but we’re used to it. We started out small and stayed that way because it’s easier to keep an eye on everything. There’s no big corporate board here, just us making sure the job gets finished. We’ve seen the area change a bit over the years, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. People know they can drop in if they need something handled. It’s not a complicated setup, just some tools and the space to use them. Most of our work comes from people who have been coming to us for years. We just keep our heads down and get through the daily list of things that need doing. It’s simple work, but it keeps us busy from morning until we lock up.
