We operate Suguna Motors And Pumps from our location at 248/3B, G. T. Road in Lilvah, Howrah. Being on G. T. Road means it’s always busy outside our doors. There are trucks and buses going by all day long, making a lot of noise. Our shop is a practical space where we keep our inventory of motors and pumps. It’s not a showroom with bright lights; it’s more of a working warehouse and office combined. We have shelves stacked high with different parts and equipment. Some of the boxes have been there a while, and the place has that distinct smell of metal and oil. We’ve been in Lilvah for quite some time now. People around Howrah know where to find us when they need something fixed or a new pump for their setup. We don’t do much in the way of advertising. We just open the shutters in the morning and see who comes in. Sometimes it’s a neighbor, sometimes it’s a contractor from across town. The workspace can get a bit messy when we’re busy, with tools lying around and parts being unpacked. We try to keep things moving though. The staff here knows the machines inside and out. It’s just simple, daily work for us. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to make sure the customers get what they came for and that we can keep the business running smoothly. It’s a local shop for local needs.
