Sri Balaji Event Management

Sri Balaji Event Management is based in Howrah, specifically at 62, Girish Ghosh Road. We are quite close to the Don Bosco School near Belur Math. It’s a busy area, and we’ve been working out of here for a while. We help out with all sorts of local events, from small family reunions to bigger neighborhood festivals. We don't have a huge staff, just a core group of us who know how to get things organized. Managing an event in Howrah can be a bit chaotic with the traffic and the narrow streets, but we’ve learned the shortcuts over the years. We spend a lot of time talking to different decorators, caterers, and lighting guys to make sure everything arrives at the right time. Our office is a simple place where we keep our files and meet with people to talk about their plans. We don't use any fancy software or big presentations. Usually, it’s just a notebook and some honest conversation about what's possible and what isn't. We’ve seen a lot of changes around Belur Math, but the way people celebrate stays pretty much the same. We just want to make sure the day goes by without too many problems. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure people show up when they say they will. We’re just local people helping other local people. It's not always easy, but we get the job done.
