Magnificent Event

We are over at 36/2 Kalabagan Lane in Howrah. It’s a narrow enough street and the building is just like any other in this neighborhood. Magnificent Event is the name we use, but inside it’s just a few of us trying to organize things for local functions. We don’t have a big fancy office with air conditioning in every corner. It’s more of a working space where we store our notes and meet people who live nearby. Howrah is a busy place, and Kalabagan Lane has its own pace. We’ve been here for a while and we know the neighbors pretty well. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy ads for us. We just rely on people telling their friends about us if they liked what we did. Our day usually starts with a lot of lists and checking on people we work with. It can be stressful when a date is coming up, but we just put our heads down and get it done. We aren't a big company and we don't pretend to be. We just provide a service to the folks around here. Most of the time, we are just dressed in regular clothes, drinking tea, and figuring out the logistics for the next week. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s ours and we are fine with how things are going. The neighbors often stop by to chat for a minute or two.
