At Skillwell Solutions Llp, we operate out of 96/1/10, Sibpur Road, which is actually the residence of Subir Kumar Basu. It is a familiar spot for those who know the Sibpur area well. The office isn't a massive corporate building with glass walls. Instead, it’s a more personal setup where we handle everything from basic queries to the more complicated solution work we deal with daily. The road outside can get quite noisy with all the buses and cars heading toward the bridge, but inside, we just focus on the tasks at hand. We started this because we saw a need for practical help in the area, and we’ve stayed here ever since. Most of the time, you’ll find us sitting around a couple of tables with our laptops open, talking through whatever project is currently on the desk. We don’t have any fancy titles or a strict dress code. It’s just a group of people working together in a space that feels more like a home than a sterile office. We drink a lot of tea while we work, and sometimes the neighbors pop by just to say hello. Being based in a place like this keeps us grounded. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just make sure the work gets done and that we’re ready for whatever comes through the door the next morning. It’s simple, honest work right here in Howrah. It's nothing special, but it's our livelihood, and we take it seriously enough to keep the doors open every day.
