We are situated at Flat No. 104 on Station Road in Liluah. If you’ve ever been to this part of Howrah, you know that Station Road is always buzzing with people and activity. Being so close to the station means there is a constant flow of energy, and we can hear the trains passing by quite clearly. SEARCHES & SOURCING CONSULTANT PRIVATE LIMITED has been working out of this flat for a good while now. It’s a basic residential-style building that we’ve converted into our workspace. It’s not very large, but it fits our needs perfectly. We have a couple of rooms set up with desks and plenty of power outlets for our computers. The atmosphere is pretty casual; we don't wear suits or follow strict corporate rules. We just show up and start working on whatever needs doing. The local shops and stalls around Liluah make it easy to find whatever we need during the day. It’s a very practical location for us. Sometimes the noise from the street gets a bit loud, but we’ve mostly tuned it out. We aren't interested in sounding like a big polished firm. We are just local people who know how to work hard and keep things simple. Most of our days are spent on the phone or computer, making sure everything is running like it should in our little corner of West Bengal.
