Pre Gift

Our place is located at No. 59 Madhu Sudan Biswas Lane. It’s a bit of a narrow lane, so you have to keep an eye out for the number when you're walking down. We've been operating out of this spot for a good bit of time. Pre Gift is what we call it, though most people around here just know us as the shop near the corner. It's a quiet area for the most part, except when the morning deliveries arrive. Inside, we have rows of different items packed together. We spend our mornings checking the stock and making sure nothing is broken or gathering dust. It's just a regular local business. We don't have a big team, just a couple of people who know where everything is kept. If someone asks for something specific, we usually have to dig through the back room to find it. The lighting isn't the brightest, but it works for what we do. We handle a lot of small orders for people living nearby. It’s not a complicated setup. We open up early and stay until the sun goes down. Most days are pretty much the same, filled with packing things and talking to the regulars who live on the lane. We’ve grown used to the rhythm of this street over the years. It feels like home to us now. We try to keep things tidy, but with so many boxes, it's a bit of a struggle.
