Peecon Caterers

We are over at 14/5, Sribas Dutta Lane, right by the Thalassaemia Hospital in Howrah. It is a busy spot and we have been here for quite some time now. Peecon Caterers is basically just a group of us who handle food for various events around the neighborhood. We don't really do the whole big corporate thing, it is more about getting the kitchen ready and making sure the pots are full. People find us because of the hospital landmark mostly. The lane can get a bit crowded, especially when we are loading up the vans for a delivery. It's hard work, standing on your feet all day, but it is what we know. We started out small and stayed that way because it's easier to manage things ourselves. We don't have a big office or anything, just the space where we cook and pack everything up. If there is a wedding or a small get-together nearby, we usually get a call. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the food being ready on time. It is not always perfect, sometimes things are a bit hectic, but we always manage to get the job done. That is just how it goes in this part of Howrah. We like being part of the local community here on Sribas Dutta Lane and seeing familiar faces every day. It's a regular life for us, nothing more, nothing less.
