Maa Sarada Dashakarma Bhandar

Our place is called Maa Sarada Dashakarma Bhandar. You can find us in Bargachia, specifically in the Sakal Bazar area. We are right on the Bargachia Shyampur Road here in Howrah. If you live around 711404, you probably know where Sakal Bazar is. We deal in all the things people need for their rituals and pujas. Incense sticks, clay lamps, threads, and all that kind of stuff. It’s a small shop, but it smells nice because of all the incense. The market gets very crowded, especially in the mornings and during festival times. Bargachia is a lively place, and being in Sakal Bazar means there is always noise and movement outside our door. We don't have a big website or anything, just the physical shop. People come in, ask for what they need for their home ceremonies, and we find it for them in the back or on the high shelves. It’s a lot of small items to keep track of. Sometimes it takes a minute to find the right color of thread or a specific kind of oil. My family has been doing this kind of thing for a while. We aren't trying to be the biggest store in Howrah, just a reliable one for the local folks. We open up when the market opens and stay until things quiet down at night. It’s honest work and we are happy to be part of the neighborhood.
