You can find Swati International at 99/2 Panchanan Tala Road in Bally. It’s an old part of the area and the street has a lot of character. Our building sits right among the others and we’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know our names. We handle international business from this small corner of Bally. It might seem like an unlikely place for it, but it works for us. The office is filled with files and papers from all over. We spend many hours on the computer and talking to people in different time zones. Panchanan Tala Road can be quite narrow and crowded, so getting deliveries in and out takes some patience. We don't have any shiny logos on the walls or leather chairs. The furniture is practical and mostly made of wood that's seen better days. We like the vibe of Bally, even when it’s loud outside. There is always a pot of tea going in the back room. We don't really have a big team, just a few of us who know the ropes. Most of our day is spent making sure the details are correct on the shipping forms. It’s a lot of little things that add up. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the office. We just want to get the orders through without any mistakes.
