We are located at 44 A, National Place in Howrah. Our office is right opposite Dr. Prasant Chowdhury’s residence. It’s a quiet residential street, so it’s a bit of a change from the noisy main roads of the city. The pin code here is 711110. J K & S N Tour And Travel isn’t a massive company with a skyscraper office. It’s just a small ground-floor room where we handle all our business. We have a couple of desks, a computer that’s a few years old, and some maps pinned to the walls. The chairs for visitors are a bit creaky, but they get the job done. We spend most of our hours talking to people about where they want to go for their holidays or work trips. We have a lot of regular clients from the surrounding neighborhood who have been coming to us for years. We don't do much in the way of big marketing. Word of mouth is how most people find out about us. We try to be as straightforward as possible with the details. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than we'd like, but we just keep at it until it's finished. There’s always a kettle in the corner for making tea, which helps on the long afternoons. It’s just us doing our part in the travel world from our little corner in National Place. We keep the doors open for anyone who needs help.
