Feliz Travels

You can find Feliz Travels at 58/24, Jogendra Nath Mukherjee Road. We are quite close to the Bsk Office, which is a good landmark for anyone who is not familiar with this part of Howrah. The road outside is always busy and full of life. Our office is a very straightforward space with no expensive furniture or decorations. We have what we need to get the job done, and that’s about it. Most of our time is spent on the phone talking to drivers or trying to fix travel schedules that have changed. J.N. Mukherjee Road is a main thoroughfare, so there is always a lot of noise and movement just outside our window. We started this because we wanted to help people in the neighborhood get their travel papers and tickets without too much stress. It’s a small team, mostly family members helping out. We don’t have a big budget for things like logos, so we just have some maps pinned to the walls to help us explain routes. When someone comes in, we offer them a seat and talk about where they want to go. We handle small things like a single train berth or a taxi for a day trip. It’s just honest work. We aren't a big chain of shops, just this one spot near the Bsk Office. We keep things personal and simple for everyone.
