Located on the ground floor of Siddhi Vinayak Apartment, right on Andul Road, our little space is easy to miss if you aren't looking. Being near West Bank Hospital means there is always a lot of movement around here. People are constantly walking past the window, and the sound of ambulances or horns is pretty much the background music of our day. We’ve been set up here in Howrah 711109 for a while now. The office isn't very large, but it’s enough for what we do. We have a couple of desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of paperwork piled up. Dealing with travel stuff means we spend hours staring at screens or talking on the landline. Sometimes the internet acts up, and we just have to wait it out while drinking a cup of tea. It’s mostly just us trying to keep everything organized. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that; it’s just us doing the actual work. People come in from the apartment building or from the street, and we talk through whatever they need. It’s a practical way to spend the day. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a plan doesn't work, we say so. No point in making things sound better than they are. It’s just a regular local business in a busy part of town, doing our thing every day without any fuss. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the files.
