We are located at 105/33, Girish Ghosh Road. It’s a busy part of Howrah, and we’ve been at this spot for a long time. The office isn't very big, but it’s enough for us. We have a couple of desks that have seen better days and some chairs for people who stop by to talk about their trips. You can find us at the 711204 pin code. Some mornings the traffic on Girish Ghosh Road is so loud we can hardly hear the phone, but that’s just how it is around here. We spend our time looking at train schedules and bus routes. There is always a lot of paperwork on the desk. Sometimes the printer acts up, which is a real pain when someone is waiting. We drink a lot of tea while we work. People from the neighborhood often just pop their heads in to say hello. It’s not a fancy setup with bright lights or anything. We just keep the door open and wait for the next person to come in with a question. Traveling can be confusing for a lot of folks, so we just sit here and try to help them figure out how to get where they are going. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy from morning until the evening when we finally pull down the shutters and head home.
