Blue&Blues Fashion India Ltd is based over in Howrah, specifically at 107/1 on Madhusudan Biswas Lane. If you’ve ever been to this part of Howrah, you know the lanes are narrow and always packed with activity. Our building is right in the heart of that energy. We deal with the fashion side of things, but it’s not all runways and models; it’s mostly just hard work with fabrics and logistics. The office and workspace are usually filled with the sounds of people working and the smell of new clothes. We’ve been at this address for a good while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change around us. It gets pretty cramped inside sometimes with all the stock and the samples lying around, but we manage to find what we need. The 711101 area is a hub for this kind of work, so we’re in good company with other local businesses. We don’t have a flashy storefront or anything like that. It’s more of a practical space where we focus on getting the orders right and making sure everything is shipped out on time. Sometimes the rains make the lane outside a bit difficult to navigate, but we just keep at it. It’s a busy, somewhat messy, but very real place to work. We’re just a group of people trying to make a mark in the garment industry from our little corner of Howrah.
