We are tucked inside the Ballyganga Super Market on G T Road, specifically at 398/1. Being in the Ballybazaar area means we are right in the middle of all the shopping and trade that happens here in Howrah. Antique Tourism isn't an old museum despite the name; it’s just our office where we handle all the travel logistics. The market is always loud, and the smell of food and the sound of people haggling is just part of our workday. Our office has a few maps on the wall and a lot of folders. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we have a system that works for us. We spend a lot of time talking to local vendors and figuring out routes for people. It’s practical work that requires a lot of patience. Sometimes customers come in just to chat while they are out doing their market shopping, and we don't mind that at all. It feels more like a community spot than a cold business office. We don't have a mission statement or any of that stuff. We just try to be helpful when people ask us about going somewhere. The desks are crowded with tea cups and chargers, but that’s just how we work. It’s a busy life here in Ballybazaar, and we are just happy to be a small part of it. We just keep things moving, answering the phones and writing out plans for whoever walks in.
