Sk Hand Embroidery

We are located in Khorop South Para in the Amta area. This is not a big city place. It is more of a quiet spot where we do all the hand embroidery work. My name is Sk and I run things here with a few local people. We spend all day with needles and thread. The work is slow and it takes a lot of patience. Sometimes the light is not very good but we manage by sitting near the windows. Khorop is a small place and everyone knows where we are. We don't have a big factory or loud machines. It is mostly just the sound of people talking while they work on the fabric. The cloth comes in and we spend days putting the patterns on by hand. It is how things have been done here for a long time. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just come to the house in South Para to see what we are doing. The air is fresh out here in Amta compared to the city. We work until the sun goes down because it gets hard to see the small stitches after that. It is simple work and we are just normal folks.
