Ambe Travels

You can find us at 389, G T Road North, specifically in the Oriya Para area of Howrah. This part of the road gets really crowded in the afternoons. Ambe Travels has been here for some time now. We don't really do big advertisements or anything. Most people just walk in because they live nearby or saw the sign while stuck in traffic. The office is tucked away in a spot that stays relatively cool even when it’s hot outside. We have a couple of old desks and a lot of registers filled with names. It’s mostly just us handling travel details for local families. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic with the phones ringing, but we get through it. We aren't trying to be the biggest place around. We just like having a steady stream of work. The staff here consists of just a few of us who grew up in the area. We know the shortcuts around Oriya Para and where to get the best snacks. It's a simple life running a travel desk. We spend a lot of time on the computer checking schedules. If you come by, you might find us chatting with a neighbor or just staring out at the street. It’s just how we run things here. No big corporate rules, just a lot of practical stuff to get done every day.
