Our place, Smart Boost Tech (Opc) Private Limited, is tucked away in Shubham Colony, Lohara. The full address is Pc 7 H No 4517, Plot No 71. It is a residential-feeling area, which makes the whole workday feel a bit more relaxed than being in a business park. We have our setup inside one of the houses there. It is not a corporate office, but it works perfectly for what we need. We spend the day working on tech projects and trying to improve how things run for the people we work with. It is mostly just a couple of us here since it is an OPC. Things can get a bit cluttered with all the gadgets and spare parts we have lying around on the tables. The neighbor’s dog usually barks whenever the mail comes, so that is our unofficial alarm for the afternoon. We do not have a cafeteria, so we usually just cook something small in the kitchen or head out to the local shops for a snack. It is a very grounded way to work. No one is wearing a suit or tie here. We are much more interested in whether the code is clean and if the hardware is behaving itself. It is a lot of quiet hours followed by some frantic troubleshooting when things go wrong, which happens more than we like to admit. We are just regular people doing our best in Lohara.
