Tri Infotek Services Llp is set up in Sukanta Nagar, which is right by Rabindra Nagar. We are officially registered at the address of Kartock Roy. Our workspace is quite small and tucked away, which actually helps us focus on the IT services we provide. It is a bit of a trek to get here if you do not know the local shortcuts, but we like the quiet atmosphere of the post area. Inside, the walls are mostly bare except for a few calendars and some scribbled notes about current projects. We do not have a big marketing team or anyone in a suit. It is just us, usually in t-shirts, trying to figure out why a particular piece of software is not behaving. The fans hum in the background to keep the equipment from overheating, and we usually have some local radio or music playing softly. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves and technology was the thing we knew best. Every day is a bit different depending on what kind of tech issues come through the door. Sometimes we are busy until late in the evening, and other times we have a chance to sit back and talk about how to improve things. It is a very grounded way of working. We are not trying to change the world; we are just trying to provide a decent service from our little spot in Sukanta Nagar and make sure we do a solid job for anyone who asks us.
