Hardsoft Computer Solution

My shop, Hardsoft Computer Solution, is at 146 Subhas Nagar Govt Collony. It’s a residential area in Rishra, so it’s mostly quiet except for the kids playing cricket outside in the evenings. I have been fixing computers and selling small parts here for a good while. The room is filled with cables, old monitors, and boxes of keyboards stacked in the corners. It might look messy to some people, but I know exactly where every screw and wire is kept. Rishra is a nice place to live, and being in the government colony means I see the same neighbors every single day. Sometimes they bring in a laptop that won't turn on or ask about a slow internet connection after a storm. I don't have a big team, usually just me and maybe a helper if there is a lot of soldering to do. We sit under the ceiling fan and work through the repairs one by one. The heat in Hoogly can be tough on the machines, so I always tell people to keep their fans clean. I don't have a fancy storefront with neon lights or glass doors. It’s just a regular door with a small hand-painted sign. People find me by word of mouth mostly. If I don't have a specific part, I have to wait for the delivery from the main city. It takes a day or two, but folks here are patient and don't mind the wait. I just enjoy the work.
