Pioneer Recruiters Ltd is located in the Konnagar Housing Estate, specifically at E1 1. We are in the Hooghly district of West Bengal, 712235. Our office is a simple place where we help people find jobs and help companies find the right staff. Being inside a housing estate makes the office feel a bit more like a home than a cold business center. We have a few desks, some chairs for people to wait in, and a lot of resumes sitting around. It is a quiet place for the most part, which is good when we need to talk to someone about their career. We take the bus or the train to get to Konnagar every morning just like everyone else around here. We don’t have a fancy mission statement on the wall. We just try to listen and see where someone might fit. The work can be a bit repetitive with all the forms and phone calls, but it’s what we do. Sometimes we have tea and chat with the people who come in. It’s a very local way of doing things. We’ve been in Hooghly for some time now and we like being part of the community here.
