We have a bit of a split situation going on. Part of us is based in Vill Kalipur, which is out by the post office in Arambagh, Hooghly. It’s a very different vibe there, much more rural and calm. Then there is the other side of things at B 66 in Sector 31 of Noida. Going between the two places can be a bit of a trek, but it’s how we’ve set things up. In Hooghly, the pace is slower and we know everyone in the village. It’s 712601 if you need the code. Then in Noida, it’s all buildings and traffic and that fast city life. Sector 31 is a busy area, and being at B 66 keeps us right in the middle of it. We spend a lot of time on the phone or traveling back and forth. It’s not always easy managing two locations so far apart, but we make it work somehow. We don't have a big corporate manual on how to do this. We just figure it out as we go. Some days we are in the quiet of the village and other days we are dealing with the noise of Noida. It keeps things interesting for sure. We just focus on getting the work done regardless of which desk we are sitting at that day. Not is just a small outfit trying to keep both ends running smoothly without too much trouble.
