Anish and the rest of the team are usually busy with technical drawings or checking on equipment. It’s not the kind of place where you’d expect a big corporate headquarters, but it serves its purpose perfectly. People in the Hooghly area know the Dalhousie Jute Co well, so we just tell them to head that way. We don't have a website that we update or a PR department. We just have our skills and the work we’ve done over the years. It’s a quiet, steady kind of existence here, away from the main rush of Kolkata, and we find that it helps us stay focused on the actual jobs we have to do.
