Commex Corporation

Commex Corporation is located at 41, Upper Haranathpur Road in the Bhadrakali area of the Hooghly district. It is a pretty quiet spot compared to the center of a place like Kolkata, but we still manage to stay busy enough most weeks. Our office is in a part of West Bengal that feels very local and traditional. We have been here at this specific address for a long time, and the building itself is quite old and has seen many years go by. We do a variety of different things here, mostly focusing on trade and providing some local business services to the people around us. My desk is almost always piled high with various documents and the tea pot is usually on the stove in the back. We do not have a big corporate sign or any bright lights, just our name on the door so people know where we are. It is a small team of us, and we all know each other’s families and local stories quite well. Sometimes we spend the whole afternoon just catching up on old paperwork while the ceiling fan hums overhead to keep us cool. Being in Bhadrakali means we get to know our neighbors and the shopkeepers nearby very well. It is not the kind of place where people feel the need to wear suits and ties every day. We just dress comfortably and get to the work, taking things as they come.
