Sugam Tours & Travels operates out of 5-F, Neel Kanth Complex on Mall Road here in Hissar. We are quite close to Camp Cook Chowk, which is a landmark most people in the city recognize easily. Our office is not very large, but it has everything we need to run a travel business. Mall Road is always energetic, and being in the Neel Kanth Complex puts us right in the heart of that activity. We have been sitting in this same spot for a while, helping locals and visitors with their travel arrangements. Whether it is a taxi, a bus, or something longer, we just handle the details as they come. We do not have a corporate culture or strict rules about how we talk to people. We just speak plainly and try to be useful. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk about the weather, while other days everyone seems to want to travel at the exact same time. We do not mind the rush, though. It keeps things interesting for us. The office is a bit cluttered with papers and old calendars, but we know where everything is. People stop by after shopping on Mall Road to see if we have any updates on their bookings. It is a very normal, local way of doing business, and we would not want it any other way in this busy city.
