Shiva Gill Traders & Building Material Supplier is located at Plot No. 278-P in Model Town. We are right on Tosham Road, across from Jawa Hospital. It’s a good location because it’s easy for people to find us when they are heading into town. We sell all sorts of building materials that people need for their houses or bigger projects. It’s a mix of trading and supplying. Our yard has everything from sand to bricks, depending on what we have in stock that week. Being in Model Town means we see a lot of residential construction nearby. We started this business because we saw people needed a reliable place to get materials without having to drive too far. The traffic on Tosham Road can be heavy, especially near the hospital, but we manage our deliveries around the busy times. We aren’t a big corporation. It’s just a local shop where we try to be helpful. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk, while other days everyone seems to need something at once. We don’t have fancy brochures or anything. We just show people what we have in the yard. My uncle helps out with the books, and we have a few drivers who know the local routes well. It’s just a regular business trying to do things right in our neighborhood. We’ve been here for several years now and have gotten used to the daily rush.
