Moms Pride Play School

Moms Pride Play School is located out on the Mini By Pass in Sirsa. It’s a spot that’s easy to get to, which helps since we have so many little ones coming in every morning. Being near the bypass means we hear the traffic, but the kids don't seem to mind much. We have a lot of bright colors on the walls and toys scattered around the rooms. It’s a place for small children, so it’s usually quite messy with blocks and drawings everywhere. We try to keep things tidy, but by ten in the morning, it’s usually a bit of a disaster area again. That’s just how it is when you’re working with toddlers. The staff here are mostly mothers themselves from the Sirsa area. We have a small outdoor space where they can run around for a bit before the sun gets too high. The floors are easy to clean, which is a necessity here. We have a lot of parents who drop their kids off on their way to work in the town. It’s a simple setup, nothing like the big schools you see in the news, but it works for us. We spend our time singing songs and helping the kids learn how to share. It’s noisy and a bit chaotic, but it’s what we do every day. Sirsa is a quiet place overall, and we’re just a small part of it. There is a specific shelf for all the tiny water bottles that always get mixed up. We just do our best.
