S Vidya Mandir H S School

We are located in the Labour Colony area of Hathras. S Vidya Mandir H S School has been serving the families living around here for quite a while. The school is right in the middle of the colony, so it’s easy for the kids to get to. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of people working nearby. The school building is older, with high ceilings and thick walls that stay cool in the summer. We don’t have a lot of extra space, but we use every corner we have. The classrooms are simple. We have the usual blackboards and desks. Sometimes the chalk dust gets everywhere, but that’s part of the job. We don’t put on any airs about being a prestigious academy. We’re a high school for the local working-class families. Our staff is dedicated to the students, making sure they stay on track with their studies. During the breaks, the sound of kids chatting fills the hallways. It can get pretty noisy, but it’s a good kind of noise. We focus on getting the students ready for their exams and their futures. It’s not always easy, and sometimes the roof leaks a little when the monsoon is heavy, but we manage. We’ve been part of this colony’s life for a long time and we plan to stay. There is always something to do, but we just take it one day at a time here at the school. It is a solid place for learning.
