Our office is tucked away in K.R. Puram, right on the 9th Cross here in Hassan. It’s actually part of a house, D/O Nazeer Ahmed’s place, which makes it a very quiet and grounded spot to work from. We’ve been operating Secon Pvt Ltd from this address for quite a while now. Hassan is a nice town, not too fast but not too slow either. Most days involve a lot of technical work and planning. We aren't the type of place that has a big sign out front or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you just walk in and see someone at a computer or looking over some blueprints. We’ve got our rhythm down pretty well. The 9th Cross is a familiar street to us, and we know the neighbors and the local shops where we get our lunch. Sometimes the power goes out, which is just part of living in Karnataka, so we’ve learned to save our work often. It’s a practical environment. We focus on getting the tasks done without making a big fuss about it. We’ve seen the area change a bit over the years, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. People come to us when they need something specific done right, and we do our best with what we have. It’s a steady job and we like the people we work with. There is no need for anything fancy when the work speaks for itself.
