Our small office is located in Kuvempunagara, specifically at No MIG 18 on 22nd Cross. Being near Janatha Bazaar means there is always something going on nearby. Hassan is a nice place to work, and we’ve gotten used to the pace of things here. R J D J Properties Llp is just a few of us trying to manage local property matters without making things too complicated. The building we are in is easy enough to find if you know where the bazaar is. We usually start the day early, around eight or nine, depending on how much we have to get through. The desks are usually covered in folders and local maps. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out and talk. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day tasks that come with real estate in this part of town. The 573201 area has been our home base for a good while. We spend a lot of time walking around the neighborhood or driving to different spots in Hassan to look at sites. People often stop by just to ask directions because we are so close to the market area. We don't mind it much. It’s better than sitting in silence all day. We keep things pretty simple here, focusing on what’s right in front of us. There’s no fancy lobby or anything, just a workspace where we get things done and then go home.
