Tengu Swamy Gowda Estate

Tengu Swamy Gowda Estate is located in Hulikallu, right on the Periyapatna Road. We are very easy to spot because we are near the Government School. It is a quiet place to work, especially when the school is in session and you only hear the birds and the occasional tractor passing by. Our business is mostly about the land and the estates around this region. We aren't like those big city real estate firms with shiny offices. Our space is very basic, with just the essentials we need to get through the day. We spend most of our hours outdoors, walking the boundaries of different plots and checking on the crops or the trees. It is a slow kind of work that requires a lot of patience. You can't rush land deals or plantation growth. We know the people around Hulikallu and they know us. Most of our work comes from word of mouth rather than any advertisements. We sit down with folks, have some coffee, and talk about the boundaries or the soil. It is a practical life, tied to the seasons and the local roads. We don't have any grand statements to make. We just show up every day, look after the properties we are responsible for, and help our neighbors when they want to buy or sell a piece of land.
