We’ve been over here on Race Course Road for a while now. Most people know the building near Rangoli Halla. Sancity Real Estates is just a small group of us trying to help people figure out where to live or put their money into land. It gets pretty busy around this part of town, but we like being right in the middle of things. Dealing with property isn't always easy, there’s a lot of paperwork and things change fast. We just try to keep up with what's happening in the neighborhood. Usually, someone is in the office if you need to drop by and ask about a listing. We don't have fancy brochures or anything like that. Just a couple of desks and some maps on the wall. If you’re looking for something specific around here, we probably know the street. It’s a lot of walking and talking to neighbors, really. Sometimes things move slow, sometimes they go quick. We just handle the day-to-day stuff that comes with real estate. It’s not a big corporate operation, just us doing our jobs. If you pass by 1-5-21, you'll see the sign. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years. Some old buildings coming down, new ones going up. It keeps us on our toes. We just try to be straightforward about what we have available. Nothing more to it than that. We're not trying to impress anyone, just helping folks out.
