Nagesh Building Material

At Nagesh Building Material, we’re located at 1-5-47 on Kasturba Road in Kr Puram. This has been our spot for quite some time now. Kr Puram is a busy area, and being on Kasturba Road means we’re right in the middle of a lot of activity. Our shop is simple. We have the usual materials stacked up, and there’s always a bit of a shuffle as we move things around to make room for new stock. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a team of people in suits. It’s just us and a couple of helpers making sure the orders are right. Most of the people who come to see us are locals who are building something nearby. We know the neighborhood well and we know what kind of materials work best for the houses around here. The road outside can get quite jammed with traffic, especially in the mornings, but we’re used to the noise. We start our day early to beat some of that rush. Inside, it’s mostly just us keeping track of what’s coming in and what’s going out. We don’t really use any complicated systems. A lot of it is just written down or kept in our heads. We’ve been doing this long enough that we don’t need much more than that. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. We just want to keep things moving and help out where we can.
